The Hall does not sell alcohol, but does provide soft drinks, bottled water, ice, cups and stir sticks for the convenience of the community.

     Lake McQueeney is also home to the Lake Breeze Ski Lodge, known fondly as The Lodge. A private club that rents rooms by the night, the Lodge has an indoor/outdoor restaurant overlooking the water, hourly waterski lessons, a swimming pool, boat slips, and much more. Lake associations host water skiing, jet skiing and wakeboarding events regularly. Every summer, the Ski Bees Ski club provides fantastic water shows on the lake.
